Could never vacuum due to bad back. Using regular vacuums. Now I look forward to using the Dyson. SO light and easy. Love it, just love it.

This is a great product for everyday, lightweight cleaning. Perfect for cleaning the stairs & keeping my car clean as well. The battery doesn't last as long as projected. 20mins tops high power.

We bought this for our new townhome. We've owned the upright Dyson vacuum for 5 years and it finally gave out in the hose but the actual vacuum still works great. Rather than getting another upright, we found this which works AMAZINGLY to pick up our dogs hair and all of the messes our boys make around the house and especially on the stairs and tight to reach places. A bit pricy but very worth the quality and power.

We already own a Dyson Animal that is used for whole house cleaning. We have had such good luck with Dyson and had read the rave reviews about the Dyson Stick Vacuum so we decided to buy one when the price was right. Best Buy had it during one of their 4-hour sales for a great price so we struck why the iron was hot. It does a fantastic job of sweeping up anything and everything. We also love the way it hangs on the wall while charging. Much, much better than any of the rechargeable vacuums we have had in the past.

Great vacuum cleaner - very powerful for a cordless. Just wish it had a longer battery life or extra battery you could charge separately.

Bought this to vacuum my hardwood and tile floors and I couldn't be happier. Picks everything up and is easy to maneuver. Great product !

I bought this floor model without a box, but it had all the paperwork and warranty information. It is rather fun to use and does have the power for quick jobs without having to drag out the central vac system I have. I have 3 long haired cats and it gets up their shedding easily. It's a bit awkward for me to use to get corner ceiling dust, but still-overall-easy to use. The charge lasts for the time I need it to...unlike smaller hand-helds I've had in the past. This one's a keeper!

We had bought one previously that had trouble with not continuously running when the trigger was depressed. Hopefully this replacement will work fine. This machine is so handy that I find myself making up excuses to use it. I had never really vacuumed the stairs much in the past, because our bulky corded machine made it difficult. It was fascinating to see how much dirt got pulled out of the carpeting on the stairs. The run time is a little short. Just when I've gotten on a roll and want to attack something else's, it's time to recharge. Maybe it's good to work in short bursts.

I love this hand vac. It's easy and coveinant to use. It is light weight and empty very easily after use. The suction is great.

Purchased this vacuum for my daughter as a Christmas gift. She has called me twice to thank me. Can't believe how much time she saves vacuuming her house. Where she would have to move the old corded vacuum from room to room she can do her entire house now in 15 minutes. She has hardwood floors so it does make things a bit easier. With a nine month old baby and working, her time is valuable. Great product, hope it lasts Wish I would have bought one for me on the Black Friday sale.

I saw another reviewer write that you shouldn’t be able to review a vacuum unless you’ve had it at least six months. I’ve only had this one about 30 days, so consider this your disclaimer. Short version: I would buy it again (at the sale price) and overall am happy with the unit. Longer version: The docking station used to mount it to the wall is very well designed, with thoughtful touches like an “s” bend in the cord to prevent it accidently getting pulled out. However, they didn’t include mounting screws in the package, surprising given the price point. The unit charges fairly quickly and does seem to do a good job of picking up stuff with the direct drive cleaner head. The crevice tool and combination accessory tool don’t seem to do as good of a job; considering they aren’t powered this makes sense I guess. Here’s where the 30 days to six month issue comes in, while the parts go together easily they don’t seem secure. In other words, the pieces tend to wobble a bit once connected. Short term I see no issues with this, but it concerns me for the long term durability of the unit. Considering how well the other parts are designed, I’m surprised at this and would have expected a stiffer connection to the extension tube when it’s connected. Run time seems good but I would have liked to have seen a power level indicator on the battery. My cordless yard tools have this and it lets me not start a section that I won’t be able to finish. Emptying the bin is pretty painless but it does fill up quick, would have liked to have seen a little bigger bin on here. Again, I would recommend this product at the right price and overall have been happy with it, so consider these minor criticisms in that context.

The Dyson vacuum is really easy to handle and use. You can use it anywhere and in any type of floor you need it used. The only downside to it is because it is battery operated, it only has so many minutes of use then you have to charge it again. The first time we used it, we had to charge it so many times before we were done with the cleaning. Other than that, it is a really neat vacuum. The suction is very strong and cleans thoroughly.

I have used all types of vacuums corded and cordless and the dyson vacuums are amazing easy to use and very powerful!
