I don't use it for whole house cleaning, I basically purchased for my room and gym upstairs so I don't have to bring up my Cinetic Big Ball which is heavier, but I found myself cleaning small areas downstairs as well. For the inside of sofas is fantastic. All the hair in bathrooms disappear in seconds. I'm loving it !!!

Posted .Hi Boop, this is Joe with Dyson. The DC58 (V6 Trigger) is intended to be a handheld vacuum and does not include the wand or floor tool. The mini motorized tool can be purchased separately as well.

We recommend switching to MAX mode if you need more suction power for tougher jobs. Standard mode will still provide great suction for everyday cleaning.

Thank you for your review. Sorry to hear you are disappointed with the run-time of your V6 Trigger. It is important to not that the machine has two run modes, standard mode and max power mode. The machine will default to max power mode out of the box and deliver 6 minutes of continuous run-time with greater suction power. By pressing the MAX button while the machine is running, you are able to engage and disengage max mode. On standard power mode, the machine will deliver 16-20 minutes of continuous battery life.

It has a maximum run time of 20 minutes. It also has a second setting and if you are in boost mode, the run is about 6 minutes. I use it in my house to pick up crumbs and cat hair, I also use it for my truck to get the dirt off the floor and seats. If you looking for a great little hand vac..this Dyson is the way to go. Fully charges in less then 3 hrs and will run for over 20 min on low power. The turbo speed will suck up anything you put in its way for larger projects but will only last for approx 5 min on steady run.
I would recommend this to a friend needs cleaning constantly

If you have the funds, it is more than enough to use as a car vac and to clean quick messes. I am more than satisfied with its performance. The only negative is that you will probably find yourself spending more for all the attachments you will end up wanting.

Love that it is light weight, continuous suction, upright accessories attach to it, charges reasonably fast. Just wish it had an option for staying on without needing to continue to press the on button. Expensive but works great!
