Dyson car vac and Geek Quad useless

We purchased the geek squad coverage and we took the vac in. When we went to pick it up they told us there was nothing they could do. They don’t make the vac anymore. This is an item I bought less than a year ago. Instead of crediting my Best Buy credit card which is how I paid for it, they gave my husband a Best Buy gift card and they did not refund the $49.99 I paid for the repair warranty which was useless.

I was so excited to use on my car and even talked about how powerful and great it was to my friends/family. The first time I used it, it only lasted 10 minutes. I thought maybe it was because it hadn't charged long enough. The next time it was fully charged and still only lasted for the same amount of time. The extended run suction may make it last a few minutes longer but barely sucks anything off carpets.

While regular power is suitable for most household messes, you may find that some debris is more stubborn to pick up and does require MAX power mode. While in MAX power, your unit will receive a boost of power, making suction more powerful. When fully charged, you can expect run time from 7-30 minutes, depending on which suction mode and tools you are using.
