I dont know how I ever lived without this. It is so versatile and easy to switch AND it actually works! Easy to empty. I love everything about it. My brother recommended to me and now I am highly recommonding.

I use the hand-held vacuum everyday for spot cleaning. Great suction, easy to use, easy to clean. Works great on car litter. I recommend having this in every house.

My wife loves this vacuum for its lite weight. She now vacuums frequently throughout the day as the kids make a mess. Only wish battery would last longer. At regular mode it’s a bit on the weaker side. So we usually always have it on MAX mode. Which only lasts 6min!

This Dyson Stick Vacuum works wonders on bare floor and throw rugs. Easy to operate and empty. Makes my work much easier as it only weighs 5 pounds. Love love love it.

I love the V7 Dyson, it is compact (easy to store) and powerful. The cordless feature I love too, especially to use to clean my vehicle. The only draw back is it doesn't hold charge for longer than 45 min. at a time.

I bought two Dyson's Vacuum, V8 and V7. I like its light weight, easy to use, I can clean anytime I feel like. motorized head easy to reach corner , stairs and small place. Multiple tool is convenient also.

Finding a good, let alone great, cord-free vac is tough. I use one every day because I have a dog, a cat, and a parrot that need to be cleaned up after every morning and periodically throughout the day. I've had the V7 for a couple days and have used it 4 times already. I was using a cordless Hoover Linx that did the job, but it only did a light job. I have another Dyson - a DC7 - that is corded and really cumbersome, but I pull it out for deeper cleaning a couple times a week. That one has performed well for over 10 years so far. This V7 fits right in between those two, averaging ease of use and performance, and I could see it even being an upright replacement because of the awesome build quality and suction. This vac outperfoms all other cordless vacs I've used over the years (Hoover, Shark, Eureka) with battery life being the only limitation, but they all have that limitation. I don't need a half hour's worth of runtime but I attempted to let it go that long to see if it would work for the advertised time. I got the advertised ~30 minutes on a full charge. It doesn't seem like such a long time to run a vacuum cleaner until you do it (especially using the power-saving trigger grip). It has plenty of runtime for me. The V7 feels slightly heavier and has a different balance than the Linx vac. It cleans SO well and is very agile. Carpet, wood, and linoleum floors gave up so much cat hair and bulldog hairs - under chairs and under the floorstanding birdcage too - that I was actually surprised it was there, since I vac pretty often. Bigger things like bird seed shells, feathers, and cat litter were sucked up fine. I was especially happy about the cat litter - the other Dyson shoots it out the back, but maybe (probably) that just needs a good cleaning. One thing to consider is that this might be hard for someone with arthritis to manage because you're holding most of the gadget in your hand instead of letting it rest on the floor. I had my (arthritic) mom try it out and she didn't care for it - she needed to use both hands to guide it. The final test is how easy it is to clean because I have lots of long hair that winds around beater bars. It doesn't seem any different than other vacuum so I guess there's no joy there. This vac can be stored away wherever there is a power outlet and will be charged up for whenever needed. Of course, there are attachments that, once you're used to it, can be switched out pretty easily. I'm used to wrangling a Dyson, so that is familiar. The plastics that Dyson parts like the dirt cup and wand are made with seem less brittle or thin than other brands and this is no different. I'd definitely recommend this vacuum - even though it's pricey - because I have had good experiences with the company and products so far. For the money, and considering that I need it mostly because I have pets, the V7 accomplishes all I need a cordless vacuum cleaner to do, and in a relatively lightweight form. Since it is advertised to have "75% more brush bar power than the V6 stick" (which I have never used but have considered getting) and it really does suck (so to speak), I'm pretty happy.

Love this vacuum. Perfect for vacuuming under couches and beds. I don't mind pulling this out every night after dinner either since it is so light and handy.

This Dyson does exactly what it advertises. It has just enough attachments and the right amount of suction. It charges quickly and when running, is pretty quiet.

If you have shedding pets, you need this cleaner. So light and mobile. So easy to grab and pick up all the fur. You won't need to get out the big ol' corded vac very often. Even the kids like to use it.

I purchased this for my wife for Christmas, she loves it. It works really well on hardwood floors and carpet. Very convenient, no hassling with a cord.

Love it, If I would’ve know that it was so good , probably I were to chose the V8, for more Battery. Really love this vacuum is makes cleaning fast , easy and deep.

Really like the light weight and powerful suction of the Dyson V7. I have pets and it really does a nice job of picking up the hair and easy to dump. Only draw back I would like to see is a trigger lock so I don't have to hold trigger when doing stairs.

It is light, portable, and very convenient. But, the battery life is a bit short.

Love the portability of this Dyson. Easy to grab and clean up one room quickly. Bummed about the short battery life. One room and a short hallway and it's dead. When cleaning the car, only get the front done before it's dead. For the price, I'd expect better.

We can use it in or rv for a quick clean up. Great in our home for in between major vacuuming. We have a dog who sheds a lot in the fall. This vac has been a lifesaver.

Great suction and very easy to use. I have had a Dyson for 7 years with no problem so I handed that one down to my daughter and bought this one for me. I now have hardwood floor with area rug and this is perfect and convenient. Love love love it.
