Lightweight, but powerful suction

Unfortunately, I only used it a few times and it stopped working. Did some troubleshooting with Dyson and then they asked for me to send it back to them. Honestly, they should have replaced it! I didn't have the original box so they had to send me a box. There wasn't a UPS store in my city so I had to drive 40 miles to get it to a UPS store. Then it took over three weeks to get it back. Long story short - it was fixed and has worked since. It is important to empty it before it gets too full. Stays charged for about 20 plus minutes. I am still very happy with it!
