The V6 is great for in between cleanings, quick clean ups or small areas as it does feature 20 minutes of constant suction in standard mode and 6 minutes on MAX power for tougher jobs.

Great product but the poor battery run time

It says up to 30 min run time. If you use full power suction mode, it will run for 10 min max. I purchased 2 of These. I have a two-story house, so it is easier to have one downstairs and one upstairs. Unfortunately, I cannot always finish vacuuming the entire floor before the battery does

All Dyson cord-free models feature a run-time enhancing trigger, which ensures that battery power is only used when the trigger is engaged - it's not wasted when moving from room to room or around obstacles. Right out of the box, your machine will be set to MAX mode, which will provide up to 7 minutes of run time. MAX power is generally reserved for more stubborn messes or larger debris. When not set to MAX mode, a full charge gives 30 minutes of fade free power or 20 minutes when using the motorized floor tool.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the only reason it did not get the full star rating is because i had to exchange for a new one after only a week of use... the previous one stopped working completely but i have been using the new one nonstop since and have had zero issues. it works great in my home, keeps the build up down via the hepa filter and it really does pickup everything-and the attachments are a must! i wish it came with the same attachments as the previous one but i have been getting the extra pieces off ebay when i can find them. all in all i would absolutely recommend this for a family that is sensitive to dust, mites, pollen, etc.
