I replaced a full sized Dyson upright with this cordless one and I'm not sorry at all. No cords. Light weight. Tackle stairs without issue. The wall mount keeps it out of the way and always charged. What's not to love about this. And it's pink!

This would easily get a 5 star review if the battery wasn’t now shot. I’ve had it for 3 years, but the past year, the battery last maybe 5 min on max. I can’t even get the living room in my apartment fully done. Moving to a house now and debating on purchasing a new one from dyson because of this issue. They’re too pricey for the battery to be dying after two years.

Such a huge waste of money! Battery does after charging all nigjt within 30 secs

Worked well for a few years (maybe 2). We started noticing about 6 months ago that we could vacuum with our old upright and it picked up just as much stuff that the dyson left behind. Then we started vacuuming with both which is more of a chore. Now the battery won’t charge. Replacement batts are nearly $100 and isn’t in stock. It was nice while it lasted but I wouldn’t buy another one. I am sad because I really loved the idea and the ease of use but it is overall disappointing and I won’t be wasting my money on the dryer or flatiron based on how customer service etc went Witt this. I feel like I lost a bunch of money and back to using my 5 year old bissel.

Great vacuum, very versatile. Easy to mount wall charger.

My first Dyson, only have had it for 4 months or so and it has been ok-until recently it has started stopping and starting every time it’s used. There are pages of this on Google, but none of the “fixes” has worked. It’s literally unusable and I feel like a chump for letting the guy at B.B. talk me into buying it.

Hello everyone. I’d like to say, the purpose of this review is to help you invest in the correct dyson for your home. I purchased the Dyson v7 Motorhead. It has amazing suction, its very easy to work from hardwood to tile to thick rug and thin rug without much effort. However, I wish I knew this particular model would extend my cleaning routine to all day or two days because the battery dies in 15min of use. If you live in a 500sf to maybe an 800sf home (or for a small office) this will work perfect for you. Now, if you’re like me, in a 2500sf home, get something that will last longer. I felt the need to share this, I really love the cordless aspect and the excellent suction but the time… I just can’t do anymore. As I writing this right now, I am taking a “break” waiting for it to recharge so I can finish. And yes, I already cleaned both bathrooms, dusted, fixed the kitchen, put a second load inND waiting for the first to dry. I also took the dogs out, talked on the phone, texted, ate a snack, pick up somethings and I can’t just be done with cleaning, I didn’t get a chance to vacuum the 3 bedrooms. I also didn’t dust in there for obvious reasons. Can you feel my frustration? Again, I would love if it lasted longer. Oh wait, If I want to clean the basement today… there you go, I’ll be cleaning all day. Another extra; vacuuming an SUV. I’m not going into deep detail. If you can do it in 15min, that will be great. The desire to have this vacuum was so great that I slowly changed my cleaning routine, added another day to it and frustration. Please, invest your money wisely, this vacuum is amazing for a small apartment or area.

Hi, I’d like someone to reach out to me ASAP. In the description it says that this vacuum is good for all floors. It is scratching my floors and I’m being told I can’t return it because it’s been longer than a month. I can’t just throw away 300$ worth of product. I don’t even want money back, I’d just like to get one that doesn’t scratch my floors when I vacuum. Please help
