This is very expensive, but we use dozens of times each day. We have 4 kids and a dog. This has made life so much easier for us. We never use our broom any more. Works out stranding on hard wood floors.

We bought this on the recommendation of our son. We have found it great for our hardwood floors and vacuuming the couch and throw rugs. It is easy to empty and we have yet to run the battery all the way down.

Love the vacuum. It takes some getting use to though. It's a little top heavy and the battery doesn't last more then 30 minutes at a time on full suction. It's nice for small jobs, but don't get rid of your big vacuum! We love using this for the car, dog hair, small areas. It's a must have for pet owners!

Battery dies quickly if you use the super suction. If you use the r guilt suction it’s not powerful enough.

I purchased this so that my wife would not have to carry large bulky cleaner up stairs. Product is light and cleans very well. easy to maneuver to all rooms on both levels. Only complaint is that you have to hold down the power trigger the entire time you want it to run. Can be very annoying.

Absolutely love this vacuum cleaner. Originally I thought it was a bit expensive, but it has worked wonders on my hardwood floors. The battery last plenty long enough to vacuum the whole house!

This is a must have household equipment. I can't believe how easy to use and effective this product is, not to mention aesthetically pleasing. Definitely a Dyson's fan for life!

While relatively expensive, this is a fantastic vacuum. It's much more powerful than our previous (probably 5 year old model) and extremely light. It's quite versatile, would recommend to a friend.

We love our Dyson! It works really well. It picks up everything and has a super strong suction. It has made a world of difference in maintaining a well vacuumed home. Worth every penny!

I have never owned a Dyson in my life and have always used a Shark. I wanted a cordless and decided to try the Dyson V8 Absolute and its the best vacuum I have ever used. By far. No complaints.

This vacuum is awesome ! Every mama should have one ! It is perfect for cleaning up crumbs after every meal and even does a pretty good job vacuuming in general. I still use my big regular vacuum about once a week to do the whole house, but I use this one on the whole house in between.

We love this product! It is lightweight and perfect for wood floors. It does a tremendous job picking up hair from a dog. I use it a couple times a day. Make this purchase. You won't regret it.

I love my new Dyson V8 Absolute. It is awesome. The power is amazing. I never knew I had so much dust on my floors. I think reviews didn't do it justice. I will recommend it to everyone I know.

I’ve owned this vacuum for a year now. I like it for these reasons: Cordless and it seems to have decent suction. The rest is just “ok” Here goes: I don’t like it because it is awkward and clunky to hold. It blows hot air right in your hand the entire time you are vacuuming. It will spit things back out after you turn it off and you aren’t holding it correctly. Battery only lasts about 20 mins. This vacuum shouldn’t rate to replace a regular vaccum. It doesn’t have the stamina. It’s battery operated- quick cleaning only. It works great for quick jobs, like cleaning out your car or a spot of dog hair. Don’t plan on cleaning your entire house without charging it a bunch. It’s an expensive little cordless cleaner but I will admit, it is very handy!

The V8 is perfect for our 3000sqft house that has very few carpets and we can vacuum an entire floor without a recharge. The old upright is in the closet and probably won't see the light of day!

My wife had used one at our son's house and liked it, so we got one for ourselves. We both like it.

I really like this hand vacuum. it's pricey, but has great suction. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that you have to hold the start button down to use it and it can only be used for a short period of time before it requires a recharge definitely not 40 mins as advertised.

A quality product! My wife says we will be without one! Easily charged and perfect for laminate floors. Dog hair picks up quickly. Upholstery attachment is the best!

Love this vacuum. It’s so handy to pick up and either do one area clean up or do the whole house. Haven’t used our Dyson rollerball vacuum since we’ve owned one of these!

This vacuum is a life saver. Suction is great nothing left on the floor. Wish it also worked with were spills but it's great for on the go. Especially if you have kids.
