I have not used max on this . It does a good job . I'm able to do my whole house. I think the design is better than the v6 . I was a little disappointed in the suction with the concentration nozzle when I cleaned my car . The multi tool did a good job Once again I did not use max .

Bought this vacumm yesterday thinking the battery will last 40 mins or at least 30 minutes on Max charge. So charged it overnight and got up super excited to use this new vacumm to clean the house and 10 minutes into mixed used of Max and medium the battery was dead. Not good if I cannot even vacumm half the house. The same thing happened with V6 in past. With such a great suction what is the issue with providing the connected power cord use as a back up? Not worth the money. Returning it today.

This vacuum is awesome. All the attachments are perfect for cleaning everything from carpets to bare floors to stairs. Light weight and battery lasts a long time.

I like it very much, but it doesn't hold a charge as long as I would like, but I will just charge it more often 10 minutes it seems like it should last longer than that.

Got this for my wife as a gift. (she loves vacuum cleaners.) this one is more powerful than the earlier hand vac. also runs much better on a single charge, very happy with it

Got this for my wife on mother's day and she couldn't be happier!! This is an expensive purchase but worth every penny especially when you have a multi level house!!

After reading the reviews and purchasing a few different and disappointing vacuums. We selected the Dyson product. Wow...couldn't be more satisfied money well spent!

So I'm not really sure if it is worth $600. I like the new way of emptying the bin, it pushes all of the dirt out, with the old models, sometimes I had to get a knife to pull some of it out that got stuck up in the shaft. The new hardwood floor cleaner works better than the previous ones, because it doesn't spit the dirt/particles out the back side as the shaft revolves, but it is somewhat awkward to use. I really like the articulating hardwood floor attachment that you can buy for the V6, and I even called customer support to see if they have plans to make one, so if they do, I would definitely recommend it, but for now, not sure if it is worth the extra money for a few extra minutes of run time and better emptying.

I had the Dyson v6 absolute for about 2 years before purchasing this model .. far superior !! Quiter , more power and longer run time. Would definatly recommend !!

Does everything as stated and well worth the decision to purchase the top of the line Dyson offering. Very pleased.

Love this as much as my other Dyson products. A little tricky to empty the first time or two, but does a great job, especially for someone with a bad back.

It is highly recommended!!! When compared to the one I used to use (not HEPA, non-Dyson, but fairly decent), it gets cleaner!! I'm buying one more for my parents!

My wife uses it three times a day. First time I seen her enjoy a vacuum. I don't get it, but she is happy with it. I think the battery life should be better though.

Bought this for light cleaning around the house. Battery lasts so much longer than the v6 and all the accessories that come with it make the purchase worth it.

This is a great vacuum for the money. Works well on hardwood floors and furniture. Picks up cat hair and whatever else is on the floor with ease. Attachments are easy to change. Works so well that I even use it as much as my wife.

My daughter had a Dyson for several years and it still runs like new even with her using it constantly with cleaning after 2 babies. Best vacuum I've ever owned.

Price was higher than I wanted to pay, however it is very nice for my large areas so I don't have to mess with a cord. Picks up well all surfaces. The battery ran out faster than projected on carpeted areas. Overall satisfied with our purchase.

The last time I bought a vacuum was 20yrs ago, a canister and I thought it worked great. This Dyson cleaned better than I expected and was easy to use.
