Posted .Hi Bonnie, this is Krystal with Dyson. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on the Dyson V8 Absolute. I am pleased to hear you are satisfied with the ease of use. The V8 is advertised to get 7 minutes in MAX mode for tougher jobs. 25 minutes in standard mode with the motorized cleaner head attached and 30 minutes with the soft roller cleaner head or mini motorized tool attached. 40 minutes for any other tool.

Works great, use with extebsion and handheld for furniture especially nice. Battery life only give about 20 minutes of use. Bin size is appropriate.

Besides, the power of suction is much less powerful than I expected.

Posted .Hi there, this is Krystal with Dyson. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on the Dyson V8 Absolute. The Dyson V8 comes with only 2 cleaner heads. The direct drive cleaner head, which is the one with carbon fiber bristles, is designed to be used on most common floor types. This includes both carpet and bare floors. The other cleaner head is the soft roller which is designed for use on bare floors.
The cordless also is designed to operate in 2 modes. One of which is MAX mode for tougher jobs. We would value the opportunity to assist if you are not getting the desired suction level. Please contact us at [email protected] with your contact information and we will be happy to help.

Great build and lightweight
