Own 3 cats and handles cat hair perfectly. CONs: You’ll get shocked here and there from power adapter hole on the handle. It’s annoying and shocking at first. Something they need to address in future designs

With regards to the situation that you have described below, if you are noticing a shock while being used with a certain tool and when vacuuming a certain area such as certain couch, rug etc, this is an indication of static electricity being created with that surface. This can be caused by the machine going back and forth across the surface in which is being vacuumed.
We would suggest taking a dryer sheet and wiping down the cleaner head and the outside of the machine. Dryer sheets will help to dissipate any static electricity buildup as the machine is being used.

The only con is...I wish the battery would stay charged longer when in use. It uses so much battery when using but overall love how it cleans.

The wood floor attachment cleans our hardwood without leaving scratches. It is easy to get around a large house fast without tugging around a canister. The carped and upholstery attachments work great as well. Its easy to empty. The only problem is that the battery only lasts about 20 minutes when on low speed. We had a buy a second one of these so its possible to vacuum the whole house. You cannot buy just a battery for easy in and out swapping.
