Purchased the V8 Absolute and was very happy with the price paid. Vacuum comes with a lot of accessories and is very easy to use with all the heads. Does a great job on wood floors with the power floor attachment. Only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is the plastic housing looks cheap and I am concerned it might crack if dropped.

The Dyson V8 is an absolute monster of a vacuum. It has all the power of the Dyson upright units with 1/4 of the weight. We find that we actually vacuum more because the unit is so convenient. If you are looking for a Dyson this is the one to buy!

I was looking for a good cordless vacuum cleaner, was a while ago I leaning towards the V6. after checking the reviews i found that the V8 was coming soon so I waited. and I'm clad I did. I think this is a great vacuum cleaner and works as advertized.

I've never owned a Dyson before and it's a cleaning powerhouse! Loads of power that cleans up popcorn and crumbs on the carpet from my two boys easy. The animal hair attachment cleans my couch and recliner like no other vacuum I've had in the past.

Very convenient anytime use. Stored hanging o a wall. Lightest and strongest and easy to use. Nice small design and reaches anywhere in the house. I would say the best Vacumm in the market now. And it's cordless. We love it!

Very light easy to use and more powerful than any other I've ever used

This is so light you can take it anywhere. Has two great brushes - one for carpets, one for hardwoods. Only complaint is battery life - only runs for about 10 minutes on high, and takes 4-5 hours to recharge so I have to break up the cleaning time.

Great vacuum setup. Love the wall mount. Changing from handheld to vaccum is easy. Empties fast and hassle free. Much easier to vacuum with cord free. Use it more since its so easy to access and use then other corded vacuums.

If you have hardwood floors, then this machine will be one of the best investments you will ever make. It keeps your floors spotless with minimal effort and time. But beware, keep small pets clear when using the max suction setting.

The Dyson V8 is of high quality, high value and performs as well as the cord vacuum cleaners. The different brushes allow you to clean all surfaces and the 45 minute charge gets the job done. Highly recommend the product to all.

Great performance and features, easy to empty. On full power the battery will probably help clean one vehicle. But the standard selection is deceptively powerful. Dyson products cost a lot, but seem well executed in design and quality.

Best rechargeable Dyson I have had. Longer runtime. New head design for carpeted floors does not allow hair to wind around brush. Much better head for wood and tile floors also removes dust. Extremely pleased with this product.
