After researching and reading reviews on the V8 Absolute it appeared to be the best vac for my needs of house cleaning, stairs, and my boat. The V8 is an amazing tool. It performs far better than expected.

It is the LITTEST thing I've ever had in my entire LIT life. It is the greatest vacuum ever. Dog hair=gone. Girlfriend hair=gone. Dust=what dust? Dog tracking in stuff from outside is no match for this mighty dyson

Until now it was difficult to clean stairs with my old rainbow sweeper. Now the Dyson V8 Absolute makes cleaning the stairs much safer and easier! No canister No cord No hose No falling down the stairs...

This vacuum performs great and I have no complaints on the performance of the machine. It would be nice if the battery lasted a little longer on the high suction setting but that is really not a deal breaker for me.

Makes my house and the air cleaner, multi task win!

I love this vacuum. It is so much more convenient that my old Dyson canister. I haven't used it since getting this. It works great on wood, tile, and carpet. It also makes cleaning furniture a breeze.

We absolutely love our new Dyson vacuum. The cordless feature is awesome. Some people have commented on the trigger being a fatigue issue for their finger but we have not experienced this as an issue.

I have been using this Dyson vacuum last couple weeks and this product is amazing. I can clean my house easily and the battery life is about 40 mins which is much longer than V6 models. I am happy with this product!

I own two Huskies. This device is great for the animal lover. has three different modes of operation, and the battery powers the unit for 20 - 30 minutes each use, depending on power settings.

Works good, but a backup battery would be nice. Good Dyson customer service to answer questions about product and no long wait to get a service member on the phone. Light weight and great to vaccum car and lifting to vaccum high up or below furniture. My first Dyson purchase and I am enjoying it.

I purchased this vacuum with doubt, but did so due to two large German Shepherds. It really does do a much better job! The trigger can become tiring, but other than that I like everything about this product!

After much deliberation between a v7 and v8 absolute, we bought v8. The extra price is worth enough the 10 extra mins of more battery time. 30 mins on v7 is not enough for a good size house.

I CAN GET MY CLEANING DONE FASTER AND EASIER. I LOVE IT. I FIND I GRAB IT AND DO A LITTLE SWEEPING MOST DAYS BECAUSE IM NOT HAVING TO GET SOMETHING BIG AND HEAVY OUT TO PUSH AROUND. AND, NO CORD TO DEAL WITH.

Vacuum works well and cleans thoroughly. Need to use google videos to assemble, disassemble, clean and use. Does not include storage for all accessories. But...convenience and cleaning power are quite good.

I use this daily and love how light weight it is in addition to excellent functionality. Eliminates dust mops and cleaning cloth and heavy pull around vacuum making it so convenient and ready at all times.

This vacuum makes me love to vacuum! I absolutely love the soft roller made for hardwood floors. Also love how light and easy to use it is. My 6 year old son loves to help me with vacuuming now!
