Awesome vacuum and very convenient to use. Picks up dog hair and just about anything very well.

Great vacuum, limited battery life of only 25 minutes which makes it hard to finish vacuuming any area larger than one room. The small tools are great for various surfaces.

I was a little hesitant about buying this over the price, but I have say it is worth every penny spent!

Its a great vacuum overall but if you have pets the small wheels collect hair (which eventually is impossible to remove since they are not removable) and lock up.

Replaced my V6 with the V8 . Big improvement , cleaning ability , run time and easier bin dump.

Absolutely perfect machine can expect anything else from the Dyson

I feel the Dyson equipment is over priced for the quality of service it provides. I can get the same results from a competitive brand at a much lower cost.

We did not realize how poorly our old vacuum cleaner cleaned. The Dyson v8 is a great product.

I got this vacuum cleaner mainly to pick up cat hair, which it does a great job of.

Priced at over $500 This product isn't worth the money. Dyson states the battery lasts 40 min, 15 min was the max life it had, Low suction power also, We had recent hail damage, cracked windows that are getting webs and dust, I tried to clean webs around a window but not enough suction to pull them loose. I also tried the power head for some crumbs on the sofa it just would not pull the up, I would never consider effective for carpet. What it did really well was dust my wood look tile, was great getting under furniture, I really liked the power floor attachment, but with only 15 min of battery life I had to recharge 4 times to do my entire floor, if the battery proformed as discribed I would have given it a higher rating for the floor cleaning feature. At a lower price point and with a longer battery it could have good use on floors, also a power switch you don't have to hold on would be an improvement.
