Having a 1 year, this vacuum has honestly been revolutionary. It does holds a 20 minute charge, which is usually enough time for us to vacuum our entire upstairs before we need to recharge it and we have hardwoods, but it works great on ALL of our rugs and the 1 room in our home that is carpeted.

It's a great handy little vacuum. Great for quick surface dusting and quick clean up when you dont' want to drag the big vac out. Gave it 4 stars due to poor battery life and long charge time.

Also, there are just too many parts and I felt like I was always fumbling. Maybe I gave up too soon, but I returned it. I’ll stick to my Dyson ball with a power cord.

This is the first Dyson we have ever owned but it will certainly not be our last.

It is comfortable to operate. It gets the job done. I love that it is quiet, easy to use, and came highly recommended. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

The fact that it hangs on the wall on it's own charger means it is always ready to use when needed. It is very light weight and it picks up dust, dirt, flour spills etc. extremely well.

I live in a converted school bus and it cleans EVERYTHING on one charge. I had used another stick vac which left almost as much dust as it picked up.

We’ve got pets and it picks up tons and tons of fur and dander. I mostly use it one room at a time, on carpets and walls when I’m doing a deep clean and it works great.

They have cats in the house and the hair was causing problems with the old vacuum so this was a great gift. The only reason I gave it 4 starts is that the dust compartment is too small compared to the v11 so if you have the extra money I would recommend going up but overall a great vacuum

But if i keep it, now im know this vacuum works only for quick cleaning , no for a full house cleaning
