    I purchased the V8 Animal after my V7 Animal stopped charging. I purchased the V7 in November and it died on 6/6/19. The V8 has just about the same power as the V7, it just lasts 10 minutes longer. All of the attachments are the same going from Animal to Animal, so that was an easy transition for the family. I'm still able to vacuum my hard wood floors, as well as my area rugs with no issues, aside from having to hold the rugs down because the suction is AWESOME!

    This cordless vacuum is really great. The only issue we have had with the previous exact model is that it would start to lose its charge a lot faster, which is not ideal for trying to vacuum on one day because we would have to keep putting it on the charger. We found no matter what we did, the charge would not hold. So we bought this one about 8 months ago and have not had issues yet!

    I love it, if you use in low works for 20-30min BUT if you use in MAX it works like 10 min
