Best Buy wouldn't help at all since I didn't buy the service plan and Dyson told me to go back and take it up with Best Buy. Terrible service all around. I am done shopping at Best Buy - much better off with Amazon as their customer service is far superior.

This has that and more. Makes cleaning the stairs super easy. Also Sucks up stuff on the tile that I am not even directly over. Cleans well against the baseboards too! And all my area rugs- I used to need a separate vacuum just for those! Not anymore. I am so happy I purchased this and my daughter’s allergies have improved as well.
