Lightweight & easy to use, effective with great suction and long-lasting battery

This is a fantastic stick vacuum. We use this at least 3 times a week. It's very convenient to pull it off the charger and use it to get small messes that otherwise might have been ignored in the short term. We have not found an issue vacuuming our whole house on a single charge but your millage may vary. The battery life definitely decreases if you run it on the max setting but this is rarely needed for our uses.

Super light, easy to use and excellent suction power - Best portable vacuum I’ve ever used!

Have had this device for over 7 months, and just love it. New home in Florida with ceramic tile throughout the house that requires a lot of vacuuming consistently. Have tried cheaper versions of similar devices, but this Dyson V8 Animal just blows them "out of the park." Easy to use, easy to clean. Holds the charge enough for multiple full house vacuuming before you need to recharge it. Would highly recommend this product.

I gave the V8 a couple of weeks of a test drive and finally returned it to the store yesterday. The loud high pitch noise coming from the unit was awful! I don’t know if complaints regarding noise from other customers is for the same issue but regardless I was disappointed overall with the unit. Note: I did upgrade to the V15 and its likely overkill for my needs.

It is a nice easy vacuum for cord free cleaning. I just wish that the battery would last longer on high suction or offer a larger extended battery.

It's a Dyson so it is an excellent vacuum. Very flexible for cleaning around the house and vehicle.

Our daughter has one and convinced me I would love one. I do and like it so much I bought this one as a birthday gift for our son. Not sure what he thinks but with my son, two boys under two and two large dogs, his wife likes it a lot. It’s the perfect partner to the Roomba. What one doesn’t get the other does. The Dyson’s powerful motor and cordless convenience work. It’s pricey but worth saving for if you can manage it.

I love my Dyson V8 it is one of the best products I’ve bought. It’s light weight and extremely powerful. Gets the job done!

This is by far the best vacuum we have ever had and so easy to use

Battery life on high power is useless even for my small house mostly hardwood floors. Barely get my steps done. Unit made of mostly cheap and thin plastic. Low power mode is useless. Disappointed in dyson and this quality after using other models snd this high cost.

Wow....The suction and long lasting battery make this a superior product. Easy to use. Can take anywhere. Excellent cleaning tool.

i love it and use it often. it light and easy to clean. easy to get to filter.

The only complaint I have with this vacuum is that I may be too tall for it. I have to bend over considerably to use it. Other than that, it's a great vacuum.

Worth the price. Super easy to clean the house. Holds its charge pretty well too.
