This is the best vacuum I have owned. Its easy to work and is dependable. It is very light weight and picks up cat fur with ease. Great purchase, highly recommend.

This is the best vacumn ever easy to use great storage Easy to clean just covers all the bases! Everyone should have one ! In fact quite a few people I know have one and rave about it!

I'm so in love with this cordless vacuum.....I use it every night before bed to pick up dog hair and other debris from the day....zip zip zip and it's done! No fuss!....switching from attach...

Love the ease of using this vacuum and how lightweight it is, but disappointed that the battery doesn't stay charged long enough, only about 20 minutes, and it takes too long to charge back up.

My only complain is that the handle part of the product could be better. After holding it for some time my thumb is sore. It works great and looks pretty cool. I have two dogs that shed quite a bit and it picks up their hair even on the low suction setting. I would recommend this product.

Very pleased lots of power. I have a small house 1100 sq ft, can vac whole house & still have power left. Has a lot of pick up power also, I have all hard surface floors. No cords or hoses to trip on, especially important being a senior person.

This is a great little vacuum cleaner. It picks up well though sometimes the heavier things like cat little pieces don’t want to vacuum up. It is better to empty once it’s getting full. It is difficult to open to empty. My moms is older and it has a different/easier way of emptying it.

Lightweight, I'm amazed at how much it picks up, easy to empty the container of crud picked up, charge lasts long enough for me to do the house on the regular setting. I find that I vacuum more because it is so easy to pick up and use.

I wanted to get one of these for years. Now that I have it, I'm very happy with it. It's extremely versatile and handy. No easier way to vacuum carpeted stairs. The charger unit is super handy too when wall-mounted. Great quality product that lives up to its name.

The cordless Dyson is compact and efficient. It comes with a nice wall mount to keep it out of the way but it does not hold all of the accessories that it comes with. The run time is good but if you use the MAX setting it significantly reduces the run time.

This vacuum has great suction and battery life. I ended up exchanging it for the Absolute only because I really wanted the fluffy head for the hardwood floors. Perhaps this would have been ok on it, but the bristles seem very stiff, so I didn't want to risk it on new floors! Overall, a great vacuum if you don't need the fluffy head for hardwood!

Replaced our old bag less vacuum with this one. So much easier to use and has unbelievable power for how compact it is. Love that it stores easily on the wall as it charges, and no cords when using it!

I loved my old Dyson but it was old and they didnt make the rrplacement hose for it any longer so I was left with finding a new vacuum. And what better than my favorite vacuum but cordless!! Well it is not as great as I imagined. When you stop vacuuming it drops some of the dirt back out and the battery does not last long at all. I am lucky to get 20 mi utes out of it on regular mode and high mode not even able to finish my room. Its okay for quick pick ups but not to handle ypur regular vacuuming

Great suction, but the charge only last about 5minutes.

Super lightweight. Charges fast. Bought it for the three flights of stairs we have but we're now also using it for all the hardwood floors. Dyson is worth every penny.

excellent vacuum. cat litter on hardwood and laminate this vacuum is tops..... but hear me dyson... you will own the market... make your freakin batteries externally removable... we need to be able to swap the battery to continue cleaning.

Vacuum is really nice. Works great on my hardwood floors. Battery life isn’t amazing but still holds enough charge to do a 2000 square foot house without dying.

This product and the customer service is horrible. I purchased the product, maintained the product as recommended and the power of the product started going downhill within a few months. Suction was weak. Contacted customer service, and was advised the parts were not in stock and they would put me on a notify when the part would be in stock. Waited two weeks, come to find out they never put me on the notify list, had the product in stock and I ended up having to wait another week after return for the "new" part. If a premium product can't survive within a year and has horrible customer service... it's not a good sign. This coming from someone who works for a Premium product company.

This vacuum is light and convenient and cleans quite well, although generally the 40-minute long low setting is not powerful enough compared to the 7-minute long high setting. For a quick clean of some tough areas, this vacuum does the job.

I already purchased one of these, and liked it so much that I got a second! I hung this one up inside a closet, and it charges while it's in there. Highly recommended!
