We always set the suction power to max which drains the battery faster but we only use it for several minutes at a time so haven't run into battery issues yet. Because it is cordless, clean up is much easier and faster than our old corded handheld vacuum.

The hype is real ! When it comes to sweeping, it’s so little because the vacuum did all the work. Comes with different handles so it can work in any space.

Does a great job getting an our entire 1000sqft condo and has battery left to switch to the handheld, and use the beater bar on the couches. This is the second one we've bought, one for us, one for my parents now.

My home is mostly tile with some carpeting...it is great for both. The sale price made it a no brainer decision. Very happy with it.

If you're used to your animal you'll notice this vacuum requires a bit more push to use of carpet. Overall, great purchase...but know on thicker carpets it can be a bit tough to push.

All the others were constantly getting tangled on the beater bar. We have a cat and a dog and I use my Dyson almost everyday. LOVE it!! It is great for pet owners, worth the extra money we paid.

We have three dogs and a lot of hardwood floors. After using the vacuum for the first time I was surprised how much it picked up. I use it to just pick up hair and It worked fantastic.

She has been wanted one the V7 for a while. I got her the V8 more battery life and maybe a bit lighter. She uses almost every dAy for quick floor cleaning.

We have a lab and 4 kids so we vacuum everyday. Dyson was helpful with sending in for repair but wasn’t happy I paid so much and it didn’t work right after 3 months.

Good quality, high price

We charged the item completely and when my wife began vacuuming the new apartment, it only lasted 14 minutes and didn't turn on anymore. The other item from Dyson I own is a hair dryer air wrap that keeps turning off and working whenever it pleases.

They pick up all the dirt and are cordless so easy to move from room to room and even do the stairs! It's amazing how much dirt is in your house. You will clearly see it after using one of these!
