Charger not working

Plugged it in 3 days ago and it’s not charging anymore. I am soooo disappointed that it malfunctioned so fast considering it’s quite pricey. It’s easy and convint to use especially on stairs and now all hardwood floors that I have. But for the price I was expecting to get more life out of it then less then 2 yrs!!!!

The size shouldn't fool you because this is a powerhouse. The included tools are very convenient and the charge lasts long enough to clean for 20 minutes or so on high. Would buy again

Simply took it back to Best Buy (with no box and no questions asked) and upgraded to the V10. Always Always buy the extended Warranty!!!!

I have 5 dogs and the carpets go back to normal color with minimal effort. I cant believe I wasted money on other vacs. This one is amazing.

It is super fast and easy switching out all the different attachments and emptying it is pretty much hands free.
