We purchased on Black Friday for a great deal. Works really well and battery life is great so far. You really need it on the faster setting if you’re doing a carpet. But overall great.

And this is what it feels like to be a happy adult, with an adult vac. This thing sucks, but in a good way.

This works great on a flat floor. We had some issues with battery life at first but after repositioning it, it seems to have cleared that issue up.

Vacuum works great for picking up pet hair & really all dirt. Only issue is it has to be recharged multiple times to vacuum my house

This vacuum is great! Does the job it’s designed for,just wish the battery life was a little better.

I like this vacuum very much however the battery does run down very quickly. Also the swivel head can be a little challenging to maneuver.

I love this vacuum! It so beats the other 2 I have. The amount of sand and dirt it got up from my area carpet was unbelievable

I had no choice but to give this amazing vacuum a "fair" rating. It's easy to use, the accessories are simple but useful, it's got good enough battery life for a home consisting largely of hardwood floors with a few area rugs, and it SUCKS ! I mean it REALLY sucks, really well! Before we first used this new Dyson, we pre-vacuumed with our old one , and everything looked nice and clean. But WOW did this one suck a lot of additional dirt and hair out of the carpet! It was pretty astounding! Words can't do it justice. The reason for the fair rating is because the vacuum's charger port is located on it's grip, right where you hold it. Every few seconds while vacuuming, the vacuum emits a strong static shock. Some are mild, and some hurt like heck! The reason for this is because ALL vacuum cleaners build up static electricity because of their vigorous rubbing against carpet floors. But with traditional AC vacuums, the static shock discharges through the unit via the electrical cord. No big deal. This unit had no way to discharge but via it's charging port, which just happens to be situated against the palm of your hand while you vacuum. As greatly as this vacuum sucks, this problem really sucks, too. Couldn't they have had a little build-in rubber flap on the handle to cover and conceal this charging port when the vacuum is not on the charger? Seems like a simple fix. Then again, maybe the static would build up too much to the point where it might damage the charging unit when the vacuum is placed on the charger... I don't know. This is why we haven't tried simply covering the port with a piece of electrical tape while using it. If anyone has any solutions to this, please let me know. I (and my wife!) would sure appreciate it!

So far so good. We bought the animal since we have a lab that sheds. My only complaint is that the battery does not last long on all when you turn it up to suction up dog hair.

I love this vacuum. This does everything you want it to do. All I wish for was more suction, longer battery life and less weight. The more you pay; the better quality.

Battery life on high power is useless even for my small house mostly hardwood floors. Barely get my steps done. Unit made of mostly cheap and thin plastic. Low power mode is useless. Disappointed in dyson and this quality after using other models snd this high cost.

Dyson is the best! I own the cord free stick vacuum and the Dyson Multifloor Bagless Upright Vacuum. Highly recommend Dyson!

Solid suction and battery life. I can do the entire house without needing a recharge.
