The battery life is better than the older models, but it should be better. The lower power setting gives longer battery life. It is a good little machine.

Simply Awesome

I chose the V8 model because it is a happy medium between the V6, V& & V10, and it has not disappointed. It is super easy to maneuver, cleans edge to edge, has great power for sucking up both fine dust and larger items, and it also looks really nice. I was able to purchase this model with an amazing sale price during the leadup to the holidays, so i am really happy with it, but even at full price you are getting what you pay for. Highly recommended!

Fantastic vacuum!

This thing is a beast. Charges quick, plenty of power, attachments, and light enough to use every day. The effectiveness of this thing cannot be stressed enough, it really pulls up the dirt and dust in carpet.
