Within 5 months of purchase, it wasn't working, ie the motor would stop & go. Best Buy could not help, I had to call Dyson directly but they wouldn't help since I hadn't registered the product, despite my providing a serial number. Once I registered, they never let me know that I hadn't provided sufficient proof of purchase. And they only reason they told me was because I kept asking why - what did they need. Will never buy a Dyson again.

I had read other reviews that the wheels wear out and leave marks on the hardwood. I have not had any problem so far. I also like that I can purchase the soft head attachment in the future if I decide to. Love the docking station
