Be sure to read the details prior to purchase to ensure you can complete your floors before the battery dies. Battery does charge fairly quick (at least the V11 does).

I can confirm in MAX power mode, the machine provides about 7 minutes of run time, and in regular power mode, run time will be 30-40 minutes, depending on if you're using a motorized attachment. We're glad to hear that you were able to return your V8, and exchange that for a V11. Can't wait until it's completely charged in five hours then I will get the good workout. Replaced my older Dyson with this cordless one. Love this companies products.
