December 25, 2023 I used the website to diagnostic that the battery pack was faulty. I called Dyson the next day. Waiting time was much too long. A spare battery has finally shipped yesterday and I will not see it before January 5, 2023. For a brand new unit this isn't good service. I see nickel and dime having propriety to reputation.

This vacuum picks up dog hair, dander, & debris effortlessly off my dark laminate floors. In the two weeks I’ve had the vacuum, I’ve actually been excited to get it out (adulthood is weird, isn’t it?). I haven’t used the attachements yet, but I love the options. Overall, I’m wondering why I waited so long to buy this.

I treat it very well and clean it regularly because it was a pricey item. But worth it. Haven't used a basic broom since. Battery is enough to do my whole 1 bedroom apt. I also use it for my car but on max since dirt is more buried in the carpets. On max it does get a bit hot.
