It does work really well on the pet hair for the carpet. It isn't perfect thus the reason I gave it 4 starts and not 5.

Great on hardwood, and our few bedrooms with carpet. Great for cleaning baseboards and furniture as well!

First it wasn’t keeping charge then flat out stop working. All after 15 days so Best Buy refuse to exchange l, so now stuck with a product I can’t use and my money down the drain.

Now I don’t need to drag the canister vac out and deal with where to plug it in every time I need to do a quick cleanup of the fur balls our sweet dog has left all around the house!
