Insane! I also lost a large brown rubber ban the first time I used it from somewhere in the vacuum. We will see what "broke"... Awful to use to vacuum under a bed...

Posted .Hello there, this is Kelly with Dyson. Thank you for writing your review on the Dyson V8 Animal Cordless vacuum. Dyson V8 vacuums have a run time of up to 40 minutes, when used in standard power mode. On MAX power, run time will be shorter due to the added boost of suction power. You should find that suction in standard power mode is sufficient for most tasks, while MAX is better suited for tough cleaning jobs. When the battery is completely depleted, re-charge time is about 5 hours.
