Love it! Why had we not bought a cordless before?

The negative things is the battery discharges quickly and takes hours to charge up. But I don't have a huge place to vacuum so it's fine for me.

Place speed on low so you can get the longer usage time. It’s our second one and planning to buy another one for mom.

It always cannot charge and I do not know why I think maybe this one was designed problem

This is quite simply one of the best most portable vacuums I've ever tried, period. Having owned a number of vacuums, from the canister style, to the uprights, and to the bag-less uprights I have to say this beats them all for a good number of reasons. 1. Probably most important, this vacuum though it's small and light has a surprisingly strong amount of suction which can be controlled to either a high or low setting based on what's appropriate for the floor you're cleaning. 2. Just about as important as the first point, both the small and large heads are motorized - a huge improvement over others similar to this one. 3. It's battery life so far seems perfect for cleaning 4-5 average size rooms, and a couple hallways with either hard wood or carpet floors. In fact, I've not yet run it completely dead with cleaning 3 bedrooms, a hallway, stairs, a hardwood floor dining room and hallway with rugs. Granted, I wasn't running it on the "high" setting the whole time (only on the heavy carpets in the 3 rooms) so your mileage may vary based on how you use it. 4. It's light, in fact surprisingly light considering the power and battery life it has which makes it perfect for quick daily touch up cleaning so you really don't ever need to dig out the good ole canister vac ever again except for the occasional deep cleans. 5. The convenient wall mount is perfect so it's always ready to go when you need it and keeps it neatly organized put away. 6. The canister is SO easy to clean and doesn't make a mess. Simply pull the lever while over a waste bin and it's emptied. Then close it and close the bottom. The only thing that I've had issues with is vacuuming lightweight rugs where it'll just hold on to it... but you'd have the same problem with any other good vacuum that has good suction so not really a bad thing! While it feels built well and out of good materials, I do worry about long term durability considering it's made of lightweight plastic and aluminum. So, I'd say it would very likely not hold up to well against falls on a hard floor like tile or wood and I'm not sure how well it'd hold up around the kids if they were to get a hold of it. On that note, and outside of that, this is a fantastic machine and I'd recommend it to anyone that's in the market for a new vacuum and wants something that makes it easy to stay on top of keeping all of your floors clean.

We upgraded from an older model that we really liked. But, this one is so much smoother and better at cleaning carpet in particular.

To be honest i don’t recommend this vacuum! Holding the switch in order to stay on is very tiring plus it blows the air out of filter and its a NO for me. Also, the maximum time it stays on is less than 10 minutes when is advertised for 40 minutes. I returned this vacuum.
