The handle is unbelievablely uncomfortable! Before I’m finished vacuuming my small home, I’ve got a blister on my thumb! If it didn’t have such a poorly designed handle, I’d easily give it 5 stars…

Posted .Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. We love to hear how pleased you've been thus far with the light weight and easy maneuverability of your V8 cord-free. We wouldn't expect a blister to occur on your hand, while using your machine. If you are finding this to be your experience, we would recommend holding the unit lower down the handle to prevent rubbing or pressure on the top of your hand. Please also keep in mind that Dyson cordless vacuums will feature a runtime enhancing light touch trigger, which requires little pressure to run the unit as well. It may also prove helpful to ensure the unit is held with a firm, but not a very tight grasp, given that the light touch trigger does not require a very hard press or grasp to operate. If we can ever be of assistance with anything else, please do not take to let us know.

I can't believe spending over $500 on a vacuum leads to under 2 cumulative hours of use before the battery is totally shot. Literally under 2 total hours of runtime and I'm back to the old dustpan and broom option. Please buy something different and don't fall for this nonsense product.
