    I call this an all-terrain vacuum. We have hardwood, carpeting and area rugs. No adjusting necessary. It’s cordless, easy to use and the docking station as a must! We bought it on sale so that was an additional plus. It also converts into a hand held tool which makes cleaning the stairs, easy, dusting, and cleaning the couch. We highly recommend this product.

    Loved it, worked great. Only 1 downside (ifs a big one) battery dies too quick on full blast

    The vacuum has great power, easy to use, however has a short battery life

    Pros: lightweight Cons: battery last 20min in max mode-I hate having to hold the trigger for it to work-battery and handle get very hot in max mode-even in max mode it isn’t very powerful compare to other brand (lg-shark)-price

    Had this less than a month, the charge holds for 10 mins. The rotator stops randomly and it gets real hot. It says im past my return period or I would take this back , Never again with a Dyson

    First Dyson Failure

    I've been a Dyson supporter since the original giant purple animal vacuum. Everything I've used from them has revolutionized industries of the products. This does not. The hole entering the main chamber is constantly getting hair stuck in it. Sucking power is minimal and stopping the power results in debris falling out. If you're looking for a tool to spread the dirt and debris around your house, this is perfect for you!!!!! I wouldn't even donate this to someone in need.....

    Fantastic vacuum!

    Picked this up while on sale over the holidays for my older mother that lives in a smaller apartment. This thing is a beast. Charges quick, plenty of power, attachments, and light enough to use every day. The effectiveness of this thing cannot be stressed enough, it really pulls up the dirt and dust in carpet.

    Had to return it because full charge would only last about 20 minutes. I liked that it is lightweight and easy to maneuver but overall for a family of 4 and a pet it is not convenient to vacuum for 20 minutes.

    Wish I had more hands, so I could give this vacuum 4 thumbs down. Worst vacuum I’ve ever used. Battery lasts 20 min. My house is all wood floors other than 3 low profile area rugs. Can even clean the rugs without getting stuck. Very disappointed after coming from the corded Shark version of this vacuum.

    Sorry but this Vacuum is to expensive for what you be able to do with it. I didn't finish cleaning the living room when it was already dead and was full of charge. If they improve the running time it would be a good product for sure.

    Battery only lasts 5 or 6 minutes. Other than that, seems to to a good job. Haven’t tried to clean out the canister yet but will next time
