Every little detail is thought out, from the hanging mount, so the swivel radius, to the emptying mechanism. Never going back to another cheap stick vacuum.

Hurs wrist from poor egonomic build. Hurs finger frim holding on to the on button because there is not on and off switch. Its heavy, hard on you shoulder joint, DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE MUSCLE OR BONE ISSUES!!!!! Too expensive for suc a poor design, does not suck dirt like somebof the other out there.

So at that price is the perfect vac for our tile and laminate floors. Worth the investment for something I expect to use for years.

Missing attachments

There’s obviously a scam going on and I would question whether Best Buy is reselling the attachments.

Wish the front rollers would not be too big so it can reach u see the fridge & stove area, but otherwise a great cleaner.

I’m coming from another stick Dyson which I have NEVER ran out of battery. This one I can’t vacuum more than my sofa with the upholstery attachment without it dying. After recharging for an hour and a half, it died after ONE hallway about 15 feet long!

Terrible charge time/battery.

While the suction is pretty good, it dies within 5 minutes and will require a recharge. The charging process will also take too long for the barely 5 mins of vacuuming you can do.

My Second Cordless Dyson

The replacement vacuum was no comparison to my previous Dyson. Thus I purchased my second Dyson.

Or if you do, make sure you fully test it within the 14 day return window. Bought as gift to wife and didn’t assemble immediately. Connection to wand is crappy loose design and constantly looses connection. Best Buy forces you to go to Dyson for any support.
