First it wasn’t keeping charge then flat out stop working. All after 15 days so Best Buy refuse to exchange l, so now stuck with a product I can’t use and my money down the drain.

Expensive and Poor quality. it hardly vacuum 2 bd, after that its dead. Bought it in Nov 2023 and now its not functioning.

Decent vacuum, terrible battery life

However the battery life is atrocious! After a full charge (4 hours) it only last about 7-8 minutes before completely dead. Couldnt even vacuum my entire house before dying. Completed my stairs and had to recharge to do the reset of the house.

Your Dyson V8™ cordless offers two powerful suction modes - regular and MAX. MAX provides a boost of suction for larger debris or more stubborn messes. This mode should not be utilized for your everyday cleaning, as it will only give you about 7 minutes of run time. Regular suction is generally suitable for every household, and gives up to 40 minutes of run time (30 when using a motorized tool). If you feel that your V8 might be malfunctioning, we do offer a two-year warranty on this product. Just reach out to our customer support at askdysonUS@dyson.com so we can help.
