We love our Dyson. It’s lightweight and when at max speed does just what it needs to do! Great for pet hair, my wife even uses for her salon.

I bought this Dyson when it was on sale. After 8 months of use, I would give this vacuum a 4 out of 5 (overall: good). Pros: Lightweight Durable build Easy to empty/clean strong suction (on highest setting) The vacuum head doesn't not clump with hair or debris and is easy to clean Cons: Battery dies (relatively) quickly after 8 months of daily use) There is no light on the vacuum head (previous vacuums had an LED light that made vacuum darker areas very convenient. The vacuum head is rather tall, and cannot get into some spaces of my house The low setting is rather worthless because the suction is very low. Overall: This is a good vacuum however being cordless it runs into the same issue I have had with previous vacuums; the battery eventually does not hold a charge for long, particularly if you use the highest setting.

This vacuum has been amazing so far. Worth every penny. I wish the battery lasted a bit longer, but I still can’t complain because it does what it’s supposed to do.

I love this vacuum. Buying this after a corded vacuum is so easy. With 3 pets & 3 kids, its easy to pull it out and clean an area (hardwood & carpet) quickly and put it away again. Its super lightweight & sleek. I didnt loveeeeee the price tag but its convenience makes it worth it. However what the heck is up with the battery life?! It says it lasts 45 minutes but i dont believe it...

This is the best vacuum. It’s easy to use & picks up in hard to reach places. Definitely recommend.

I have long been a Dyson enthusiast. We have or have given as presents, multiple Dyson Air purifiers, upright vacuums and Cordless vacuums to family and friends. They are all quality built machines that work year in and out to help you keep your home clean! This Dyson V8 is the newest edition to our family cleaning arsenal and per my wife it is wonderful! I use a Dyson V11 upstairs but my wife wanted a lighter version so I go her the Dyson V8 for use downstairs and on the stairs! It is used primarily for quick pickups and for keeping the staircase clean and it does all of that with ease. Powerful? Yup! Light and easy to manage? Yup! Did I mention how powerful it is? It really is! And the attachments make clean so much easier, believe me. I cannot sing the praises of Dyson's V8 enough. My wife is happy and that is important to me! Thank you!

This vacuum has met all of my expectations. I love the rubber brush and the fact that hair doesn't get wrapped around like the bristle brushes. It has great power and has rejuvenated some of my older rugs when I use the higher power. The battery life is sufficient for what I use it for. I have had the battery run out quicker if I'm using the high power for an extended time. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend this vacuum.

Nice little cordless vacuum if you can get it on sale. I haven't tried other brands, but having a dyson vacuum for a few years, the regular one with cord, I thought to try this. Comes in handy to vacuum little places, be quick and be able to move the little pieces on and off. Even use for my car to give it a quick 5 minute vacuum of the seats and floors. I feel the regular cord vacuums have more power, especially on carpet or rugs, but your still able to get a good vacuum from this one. The battery last very little, so plan to charge after every 10 minute use or so. It has a MAX setting which uses more power and I use it on MAX for everything, I mean, more power, more cleaning right? It charges a couple hours so best to leave it on while doing other things or at night. If you have a big house that needs a lot of vacuuming to do, then I think Dyson sells extra batteries, but one charge will not get that much completed in my opinion. You don't need to wall mount the bracket that comes with it, though it can be handy to just hang on a wall if you have space or own your own home and can put holes in the wall. You can also find a stand on amazon that you can bolt onto there and has areas to hang the parts that comes with it, which is handy. Emptying it out is very simple and overall this is a vacuum for anyone, but if you have larger homes, expect to need to charge it between your cleaning or get a spare battery to get double the use at a time. Other idea is get the models above that say more power in one charge. But that's an extra couple hundred dollars.

The Dyson V8 is a total game-changer! It’s super lightweight, easy to use, and has great suction power. I love that it’s cordless, so I don’t have to deal with annoying wires while cleaning. Plus, emptying the bin is quick and mess-free. Overall, it’s been totally worth it. If you’re looking for a reliable, hassle-free vacuum, this is it!
