Have had nothing but problems with this vacuum, from not picking up to battery going out. I only use this on our tile floors downstairs so not alot. This would have to be my biggest purchase regret I have ever made. I have a cheap $85 Amazon vacuum that I use that works better.

Buy If You Want Vacuuming to Take Days

I really wanted to love this... I fully charged it before the first use and tried to vacuum my 1,400 sq ft home. It died after the first 20 minutes. I then tried to charge it to finish the job... charging takes several hours. It took me 2 days to vacuum my home and then when I checked the high-pile carpet after, there was still pet hair. Not only that, the brush roller would get jammed and stop rolling so I had to push it harder than I should've. I returned it several days later. It's not worth the price tag.

Your Dyson V8™ cordless offers two powerful suction modes - regular and MAX. MAX provides a boost of suction for larger debris or more stubborn messes. This mode should not be utilized for your everyday cleaning, as it will only give you about 7 minutes of run time. Regular suction is generally suitable for every household, and gives up to 40 minutes of run time (30 when using a motorized tool). Great vacuum but the battery

The product feels well built and sturdy! Only downfall is battery life. I get 15-20 minutes tops! So keep that in mind.
