Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was skeptical at first never really cared to vacuum floors but was I wrong it definitely works beter than your traditional broom! it has attachments for different areas depending on your need and gets places that are hard to reach easily! We bought a stand to hold the adapters and charging dock for ya full potential but you can just screw the charging dock directly to the wall.

I just moved in to a new house that is all carpeted. Hesitant at first because dyson is really pricey . So, when i saw that it’s on promo, i took advantage and no regrets at all! Cleaned my entire house! The dirt it got just blew my mind! My house is so clean and i am so happy !

The vacuum that changed my life

I used to hate vacuuming until Dyson came to my life, is cordless so I can freely move to clean, it has different accessories that make it more usable on different surfaces, it has two different velocities and the battery last exactly what I need to clean my whole apartment. Is also very helpful to clean my car!

Ive been wanting this for years. I bought it in April, and as a mom of a toddler and a dog that sheds all day and lives in a small apartment, I can't tell you how it has impacted my quality of life. I have had less expensive vacuums in the past but I can honestly say that we do pay for what we get. This vacuum is sturdy and has great suction. It picks up my dog's nonstop-shedding-black fur on carpets and floor plus the couches after he sneaks up on them! It's easy to run through the entire house in one session. I am very pleased with it and recommend it for anyone who doesn't want to drag a cord all over. Also it's easy to empty.

Decent Overall - some issues to consider

When cleaning hard surface floors, it mostly only picks up when forward pushing. When pulling back it tends to push the item - aka just vacuum everything in a forward motion to ensure it gets everything. Only other issue was I found the tubing clogged more than i'm used to with other vacuums. Great movement and easy to use. Overall decent vacuum I've been happy with (i've had 2 now) but I feel like often clogging and not picking up on the pull back are worth deducting a couple stars for as pricey as it is.

Wish there was a hard floor attachment

However it’s not as good on carpets as the Dyson Animal was. The accessories out of box could be better, there was no hard floor attachment. Overall would recommend, just buy the dedicated floor attachment after. The mattress/stair attachment is pretty nice to have. Impressive how gross a mattress can get in just a week.

We have bought 2 of them and use it to clean our furniture, curtains and with 3 dogs it has the power to clean up all the dog hair, leaving no trace of anything left behind.. my husband won't let me touch his pride and joy dyson vacume. That's ok. I'll let him enjoy vacuuming !
