I had the original dyson, which I thought was great until I used this one. This thing is super powerful, and works great on multiple surfaces.

Honestly was hesitant on paying that much but it hasn’t broke yet like the rest of my

no better vacuum. It will get anything clean. the battery when running high doesn't last too long.

After reading all the battery warnings, I tried to return it but I didn't realize I had to do so within a certain # of days and missed the opportunity. I wanted to buy a corded one instead but stuck with what I got. I will not return to Best Buy anymore.

We use this everyday sometimes multiple times a day due to an indoor dog that sheds frequently. It is a life saver!

Good vaccuumm but the design is cheaply made the trash can was plastic so eventually it broke and vouldnt close.

I absolutely love this product. I would recommend this to everyone. So easy to use and maintain.

I bought it to be my easy clean up after meals and other small places that may need a fast clean up. I do have a full size Dyson for our real cleaning jobs.

You can look at this vacuum two ways, as a second vacuum or as your only vacuum. If you buy this as a second vacuum for the most part I think you'll be happy, if you buy it as your primary vacuum I don't think you will! First the good: lightweight, no cord to worry about, easy to clean, relatively quiet on the low setting, go anywhere versatility. The bad: Battery life , small capacity, expensive, loud on high. This vacuum is a mixed bag for me, because it's limited battery life even switching between high and low when vacuuming all I could muster was about 20 minutes. I wasn't able to fully clean a relatively small house (1300 sq. Feet) on a single charge. The suction power for carpet is best when used on the high setting when using the powered head. If Dyson provided an extra battery and made it swappable this could easily be a 5 star product, I really don't understand why they don't make it like that. With that said it is really a 3 1/2 star product for its limited battery life, and the price. Even if money is no object this glaring omission of not making this with a user replaceable battery like cordless drills and such is a huge over sight. So on this part alone it's hard to recommend this product as a primary vacuum, and given the price that's what a lot of people would buy it for. If you buy this as a second vacuum, for a quick pick up or for the cordless benefit to go where a corded vacuum can't I think you'll be happy.

Trigger is very touchy but other than that, its a great vacuum.

SERIOSULY THE BEST VACUUM EEVVVEEEERRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I JUST MOVED INTO MY NEW APARTMENT AND EVEN THO THEY CLEANED THE CARPETS BEFORE I MOVED IN IT PICKED UP EVEN MORE !!!!!! I DONT OWN ANY PETS YET IT CLEANS PERFECT !!!! FOREVER PURCHASING DYSON PRODUCTS !!! CUZ WE LOVE A DYSON ONLY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALSO ITS NICE NOT BUYING FILTERS FOR A VACUUM YOU JUST RINSE IT ONCE A MONTH, LIKE ISNT THAT PERFECT ??!!!

Dyson at its best! A killer upgrade to what was to now.

This is our first dyson vacuum and we are extremely happy with it. So far it has met all the challenges we have put it through.
