excellent suction and light weight, battery could last a little longer

My old trusty DC5 just wasn’t cutting it anymore even with Chinese aftermarket batteries and so I opted to upgrade. Best Buy recycled my old DC5 and I got this V8. Definitely feels nice and the improvements are well worth the money. Like the new heads that don’t get tangled on hair and the new way to empty the dirt is great. Also was happy I bought at Best Buy. Was debating to buy direct from dyson but wanted instant gratification so I went to bestbuy. Luckily the V8 was on sale so got it $50 cheaper than Dyson.

I’ve been a loyal Dyson customer for over 20 years. This is my first cordless handheld vacuum. Where has it been all my life?? So lightweight and easy to use, especially going up and down the stairs. I can now vacuum my entire house well before the battery runs out. Thank you Dyson for continuing to make the wonderful products that make life so much easier.

This thing is a GAME CHANGER. I vacuum every single day!! So easy to move it under and around things. Light and SUPER easy to dump refuse. Amazing. I have 4 cats and allergies so this is a must-have!! The wall-charger where it hangs is also best design ever. Adding and removing extensions plus storage is EASY as they pop into wall charger. FINALLY.

Perfect vacuum to pick up dog hair. Love how light weight it is. Downside is it’s wireless so you need to charge. It seems to run out of battery quickly and takes forever to recharge.

This vacuum is extremely handy – but it only lasts for about 20 minutes, but let’s be real who wants to vacuum longer than 20 minutes! Great for quick pick ups, and day-to-day vacuuming – but will not replace your full size vacuum for deeper cleaning. Would definitely recommend and would buy again.

This is an excellente vacuum. It is extremely light, easy to maneuver, it cleans as fast as pressing a single button and the motor being this powerful is just the cherry on top. If you are looking to buy a vacuum, focus on the motor and the weight of it. For me this one covers these aspects perfectly.

This vacuum is great. Its very light and easy to maneuver around the house. Its attachments are alos great for car cleaning, and pet hair removal. My only gripes are the "wheels" on it and the battery. The wheels dont have any type of rubber on them so they dont rotate well on hardwood or other other slick type floors. The battery also dies fairly quickly if you use the max power on it.

Great product in every sense. I love using it. It is light but gets the job done. The one issue I have is the battery does not last long(20 minutes for max suction setting and 40mins for normal suction setting before recharging the battery). If you have a big space to vacuum, it will became a problem because you will have to wait for long recharge. The newer,current but expensive models solve these issues. I guess you get what you pay for. Overall, I recommend buying since you can use anwhere (car, garage, closet etc)

Powerful little vacuum, perfect for my small apartment. Love the cordless I will never go back to a cord vacuum. I can vacuum my entire space before it dies in 40 minutes. Easy to empty and clean filters as well. I would shop at best buy again as well.

great product for the price, great suction. Love the new feature of the anti hair tangle feature, it really seams to work. This is our second cordless stick vacuum from Dyson. The first one is a much older model but still going strong. Just had to have another for our vacation home.

Very good suction and easy to use One of the best investments I’ve purchased recently. It’s super light weight, suction is out of this world, the air feels so much cleaner after one use and it’s extremely easy to dump. Also super satisfying to see how much it gathers in a short amount of time.

Always my go to when it comes to cordless vacuum machine.

Extremely easy to assemble and came with hardware for wall mount. Battery does run out quickly when on the highest setting and didn’t have instructions on how to empty tank so I had to find a video online. The packaging also seemed really excessive and wasteful if sustainability is something you’re concerned about.

I like how this vacuum catches the dust that our eyes dont even see! My husband was so surprise how much dust and dirt it catched the first time we used it! He couldnt believe! I think the only thing im kinda not so happy about is the battery life. I was surprise that this didnt have an off button which i think “eats up” the battery life even if we’re not using it. Its like, its “on” the whole entire time and ready to use; you just need to press it.

Love this vacuum! Lightweight and a breeze to operate!! I have a Roomba for regular scheduled maintenance of my floors. This Dyson is my go to for quick clean ups!!

The market is flooded with V10 and V15 but I chose this older version as I did not need the latest and greatest features. I just needed a reliable vacuum and the suction did not fail. And I must say this did not disappoint. With 2 german shepherds in the house, this has become our go-to vacuum for quick clean of any room we see hair.
