This vacuum does a decent job of picking up dirt and dog hair. The one thing I don't like about it is the fact you have to hold the button down the entire time you are vacuuming. It does not have a switch that you can turn the machine on/off. Dysan customer support is good.

I have both hard wood and rug surface has been picking up things very good; having a little trouble emptying the basket other than that has been working great.

Bad battery. After one year of using it, the battery is gone.

That’s an amazing cordless vacuum. Super good for pet hair. You can use with his accessories for small areas like corners and car. super fast and efficient. Worth the high price.

This was an awful experience. After my first appointment was canceled with short notice, a subsequent appointment was not for another 10 days. A third party service arrived and after 3 minutes in the house told me they could do nothing. I am contesting the charge and still have not had a service call after visiting store 3 times.

Absolute must if you have kids. The convenience of this thing with how many times a vacuum is needed every day can not be overstated. Great vacuum.

We replaced our Dyson with this model. It’s good & easy to operate. Wish the front rollers would not be too big so it can reach u see the fridge & stove area, but otherwise a great cleaner.

Hands down one of the best vacuums! It gets dirt and hair out of the depths of the carpet not just the surface. Great in sucking up dog fur.

Love how convenient this vacuum. I have not had any issues with the battery, however, I seem to use it in short amount of times each time it is used. Easy to store!

For the price point is not worth it, not powerful enough.

Expensive? Hell yeah. Worth it? Every penny!! Lets go!! It works, looks good mounted and easy install. Compact… bro its a no brainer.

I was so excited about this vacuum. It just isn’t as powerful as it once was... I expected more from this super expensive Dyson. This will probably be my last Dyson. I’m really not pleased with it.

Great design overall. This thing is amazing at clean up after our puppy. We used this vacuum 3x or 4x a week, and it has been very reliable. Long battery life is a big plus also.

Nice handy vacuum for wood or tile floors. It definitely gets the job done and I appreciate the HEPA filter so I know I'm not breathing in my dog's dander while vacuuming up all the pet hair. I took one star off because it's noticeably less powerful than my Dyson upright, which works much better in carpeted areas.

Disappointed in the way it works and the angle you have to hold the motor at so it works on flat floors

First time using this vacuum. I am in love with it. I am able to pick up my dogs hair from all over the house. It cleans spotless. I am happy for the money spent. Quality of work is amazing.

Bought as a gift for wife. She loves it and so do I. It’s very convenient to just grab it and vacuum up the messes our kids make instead of having to unwind cord of our larger vacuum, and then wind it back up after.

This is a far improvement from our old dyson stick we bought mssny years ago. It seems to brush the carpet much better than my old one. There doesn't seem to be enough space to hold all the attachments in the dock though.

I previously have owned two other dysons, but neither were animal versions. This vacuum appears to do a great job. The way to dump the canister is different from both of my previous dysons, but I think I have the hang of it now.

It’s the best vacuum you’d ever need. I cleaned my car in less then an hour and switching attachments is fast and easy. I wish I bought one sooner
