    It’s a very good vacuum for little messes. But doesn’t always have the power for big messy spills. Would recommend higher suction power.

You will have two suction modes, regular and MAX, for tackling any size mess in your home. While MAX is great for larger debris or more stubborn messes, we don't recommend that mode for everyday cleaning, as it definitely can place more strain on the battery, resulting in less battery life. Dyson V8 vacuums have a run time of up to 40 minutes, when used in standard power mode. On MAX power, run time will be shorter due to the added boost of suction power. You should find that suction in standard power mode is sufficient for most tasks, while MAX is better suited for tough cleaning jobs.     Barely a month in and the vacuum is already failing on us. Sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t work at all. Best Buy isn’t helping so I have try to resolve it with dyson directly.

    Great at picking up dog hair, battery life is fine for our not large home, only thing would be to include a catch to hold the trigger so you don't have to hold it down the whole time.
