They are easy to use and have great suction (I have 3 dogs) and suction is very important. The problem battery life. I am trying a different brand and see how that works. I'm tired of returning the Dysons so frequently I even had my outlet checked and all was good.

Unfortunately, they no longer let you pay for Geek Squad protection up front and it is now a monthly fee. As if people don't already have enough monthly bills to keep track of, just change it back please.

We bought for use on hardwood floors, tile floors, and upholstery. The suction is poor on regular mode, and slightly better on turbo mode, though not great, and the charge doesn't last long. Not enough suction for upholstery. Very disappointing as we had higher expectations for a Dyson. This was a waste of money.
