great vacuum!

The power behind this vacuum is amazing. Its great on hardwood and high pile carpeting. We have a dog too and is amazing picking up our dogs hair off any type of floor. I would highly recommend this vacuum.

The charge is decent and lasts us for as long as we need to in one session in our 1500 sq ft house. The charging station is sleek and ensures the vacuums always charged after use. Loveee!! We have 2 toddlers and a shedding golden doodle :)

Cons: Short battery life depending on the mode ( 2 modes). will not work if its plugged in. Dyson: you should make it so we can use it with cord or cordless. LONG charging time just to turn on. Maybe i got a dud... I can see this being great for a small apartment/ light use. I know the newer versions have longer battery life, shell out the extra $$ for a newer model.

If you put it on max it'll die in fifteen minutes.. And you don't kid an instruction booklet with it.You have to download it.. For elderly people or people who are sight and paired , that's not the best option

It is much better than the prior version, but they all suffer from the same flaw, battery charge. I suppose it is an engineering issue trying to balance motor strength to establish strong suction to pick up dirt while preserving battery life. Well, they got the first part covered, but the batteries on these things just don’t hold a charge long enough to clean the house. I get through about one room and then have to stick it back in the charger.
