Works just as good as our last Dyson that it is replacing. My only con on this model is the way it docks in the charging station. I prefer the older drop down charger but it's not awful once you get used to it.

Great vacuum

It's a good vacuum and I love it but feel like it should have lasted longer. Especially given the cost of these vacuums. It's so hard to get products these days that last. Other than that, it's a great tool to have. Unfortunately, I didn't purchase the service plan on because I figured I get a good few years out of it, will contact the company to see if I can get it fixed at a reasonable price.

But I’m so glad I bought this. Excellent warranty. It’s light, easy to use on stairs/car, and it gets the job done. Attachments are great for corners and hard to reach crevices. Worth the price.
