Comparing this to my V6, it is quieter and more powerful. The new system of emptying the bin is handy also. I haven't had it long, but the charge is lasting as long as I need, around half an hour to do my vacuuming.

Dyson V8 Works Great !!! Had V7 earlier. Dyson cordless vaccum - must to have!!!

This vacuum is life changing! The amount of dirt it picks up from the carpet is disturbing. It works well on hard floor surfaces too. All the hype is real so if you're on the fence, just buy it!

I love the vacuum and how light and easy it is to use. I do not like the fact that I cannot even vacuum 1,000 square feet with one battery charge and have to charge it in between.

Good quality. Light. Easy to use, comes with multiple heads for multiple purposes. For the price you can’t beat it.

It’s honestly worth every penny. It’s expensive but if you’re on the fence about getting it just do it!! Ive had a corded bissel vacuum and this vacuum just blows it away completely. Only complaint is that the charge time is 5 hours for only 40 minutes of use. It’s honestly a great vacuum and i will only buy this brand again. Just get it!

It’s a great vacuum when it works. It has a lot of “easy-to-fix” quirks but overall gets the job done. The battery is the only complaint I have, as after a year of use, the integrity of the battery life is nowhere near what it should be for a $350+ vacuum

It's honestly a great vacuum but the battery life is the only hinderance. If you live in a smaller apartment then it's no problem but if you're in anything more than 1500sqft itd be best to search for something with better battery life.

It vacuums everything easily, very quickly and is not very heavy, easy to use and I can reach everywhere due to its design and the way the vacuum head rotates.

Strange thing to say about a vacuum I realize but the Dyson V8 surprised us with it's light weight, power, time it will hold a charge and how effective it is at cleaning up after our two large dogs, cat, and family. This is the first Dyson we have ever owned but it will certainly not be our last.

Initially, the vacuum cleaner was delivered non-functional. I had to go to the store to exchange it for a new one. now everything is all right. copes with the tasks completely! I can advise you to buy!

I've wanted a wireless vacuum for a while and this one is awesome! Great suction power, picks up pet hair and dust very well, and I love the "clic" connecters for the attachments! I do wish that the battery lasted longer, but other than that, I can't complain :)

Easy to use. I love how it picks up everything. The battery is easy to charge and lasts long enough to do plenty of vacuuming.

I use this for convenience and the charge doesn’t last as long as I’d like but for the price I cannot complain. We’ve got pets and it picks up tons and tons of fur and dander. I mostly use it one room at a time, on carpets and walls when I’m doing a deep clean and it works great.

I feel like Dyson doesn’t have any good quality of parts in the Vaccum. Seems like I have a toy Vaccum or something, which is fine but atleast make the vaccum where you can’t hear any plastic parts squeaking. Like make it into metal or better quality, I understand the lighter weight the better but that just benefits Dyson to spend less money and make more profit too so.

This was an upgrade to the previous model - we love it - the only downside is the wheels - they mark up the floors - I wish Dyson would fix this. We just removed the wheels and works fine without them.
