Four stars because it’s pricy. Had to buy flexible hose to be able vacuum my car. Also will have to buy power head attachment for wooden floors which will make this vacuum cleaner even more pricy. Otherwise it’s great and easy to use, durability, only time will tell.

Love this vacuum. Lightweight, great cleaning power. Only drawback is the short battery life but that's made up in convenience.

Best vacuum!! The new version does have a hard push when you use Max suction but it sucks up everything. I wouldn’t get another brand.

This cordless vacuum is cleaner is easier to use because you can carry it around the house without worrying about taking the cord with you. My kids are now willing to clean the kitchen floor every night! They also clean their bedrooms more often! My husband set up the charger in the garage and everyone knows where to find the vacuum! Also, I don't have to wait for my husband to clean out the vacuum because I can do it myself without getting the dust all over the place. Cleaning the vacuum is so much easier! The only negative thing I can say is that the batteries die within 30 minutes. But who wants to vacuum for more than 30 minutes anyway?

Love Dyson vacuums. Really like how it works and easy to clean: my only grin is the handle is small for me.

Really amazing quality, and the fact that I could use $425 worth of Best Buy points to purchase it for only about $55 made this purchase oh so sweet!

Excellent handheld vacuum. Light and easy to maneuver. Picks up everything on hardwood as well as carpeting. Easy to use on stairs.

Purchased one six months ago. Am amazed at the suction and the fine particles the machine picks. Lite weight with excellent movability. No tangle cords and easy storage on the wall out of the way. Great product...

Decent suction but is very loud on hardwood floors. I like that it is lightweight and flexible. I think on natural hardwood with some bends and curves it doesn't do such a good job of picking up debris. But overall a good vacuum!

Best gift for the wife. Magically I find the floors constantly clean, I don’t know how it’s getting done! Works really good though!

Works really well for apartments or town homes. The head isn’t quite as wide as a standard vacuum, but the ease of use makes up for it. Great suction and portability. Very pleased with this product.

Great vacuum! Lightweight and easy to navigate throughout the house, great for carpet and wood floors. Very powerful motor, and easy to dump waste.

I notice the difference right away.It picks up very good. Deep vacuuming. It’s so useful especially when you have back problems.It’s light very easy to use.

This vacuum is fantastic, power, gadgets, even its looks. I can’t imagine how great the newer versions are, unfortunately the price is not the most accesible, but worths every penny. 100% recommended

Third Dyson I have had in 15 years. Got to say this one is a real joy to use. Vacuuming works on any surface. So convenient not tripping over a cord anymore!
