This is the third Dyson V8 vacuum I have had in two years. Thankfully I have gotten a geek squad protection. Each Dyson V8 that quit working, Best Buy replaced with a new one as I said with my geek squad protection. The hassle is having to buy a new protection plan every time the Dyson V8 quits working. I originally got it on sale so I only have to pay about $75 each time for the three-year protection plan. When it works, it’s an unbelievable vacuum. By far the best vacuum we have ever had. Lightweight, easy to maneuver, good battery life for it’s size and weight. Extremely high suction. If Dyson can figure out the issues with longevity of the vacuum working properly, would be a definite five star.

Don't hesitate. Buy this! Nice and light (I am like 105 lbs), so easy to use but its powerful and comes with many attachments. This battery lasts to finish our travel townhome with charge left. Which is completely the opposite of what the sales lady told my husband. He left the store, called home told me how she said it only lasts ten minutes and other stuff. I said get back and buy it. I had read tons of reviews. Called him back to tell him don't buy from her, but too late. Shouldn't be trying to stop you from buying something. Wasted our time. Overall this vacuum is very good easy to use, easy to clean. The only problem is the battery life and the battery price.

Great Vaccum a little top heavy but performed well only issue was sometimes it didn’t hold the charge. Would be even better if the battery was interchangeable.

So lightweight yet powerful and I can get my entire house vacuumed without having to re-charge.

My wife loves this vacuum. It is lightweight and turns with ease. It also separates to do baseboards and furniture. The only negative is that you have to keep the trigger pressed to keep it running.

best vac for quick jobs. works great easy to use. lite weight dont have to pull a cord around. easy to empty, pull red leveler up and dump. have hard wood floors thur up house and everyone grabs the vac instead of broom now.

Very light wight and easy to use, setup charger at storage. Does a thorough job at vacuuming with one pass. Holds a charge well when using the lower mode which is all that’s really needed. Easy to empty the container.

Great design of V8. However, it's bit more moisy than V7.

suction is the best . only battery life is very short

Not a long battery life but great on carpets, rugs, couches, car seats and suuuper easy to empty! Makes vacuuming more often a breeze.

Wanted an upright cordless for our hardwood floors and area rugs. Easy to setup, use and charge. Like that it has a max switch for a boost.

Loving my dyson. I can’t believe It took me this long to purchase any dyson. I’m so happy I did. This vacuum is light weight but powerful. Easy to handle, gets the job done. Well worth the purchase. Highly recommend you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been using this for about a year now and it still works great. The battery life is really good and holds charge very well. I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.
