Having a 1 year, this vacuum has honestly been revolutionary. It does holds a 20 minute charge, which is usually enough time for us to vacuum our entire upstairs before we need to recharge it and we have hardwoods, but it works great on ALL of our rugs and the 1 room in our home that is carpeted.

Wasn’t Worth It

I was so disappointed in this. I have pets and a toddler, so I need something that picks up the hair and the snacks. It was great with picking up hair and tiny bits of messes. However, I found that it was a struggle just to pick up pieces of pet food. I couldn’t simply run the vacuum over it, but had to lift the vacuum and place it juuuust right over what it needed to pick up. Dog food, pieces of pretzels, pieces of crackers, etc. were horrible to try to pick up. After this, I’m glad I didn’t get rid of my Shark vacuum.

But if i keep it, now im know this vacuum works only for quick cleaning , no for a full house cleaning

Underwhelming
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to love this due to the cordless feature, the stair component being handheld, but with a full charge it only covered our first floor and halfway up our stairs. Also, there are just too many parts and I felt like I was always fumbling. Maybe I gave up too soon, but I returned it. I’ll stick to my Dyson ball with a power cord.

It's a great handy little vacuum. Great for quick surface dusting and quick clean up when you dont' want to drag the big vac out. Gave it 4 stars due to poor battery life and long charge time.

This is the first Dyson we have ever owned but it will certainly not be our last.

I have one a different and i used it for about 2 years but after 1 year using it i can tell the motor of it slowly down. And i finally decided to use dyaon product

Cheaply made

Seems like I have a toy Vaccum or something, which is fine but atleast make the vaccum where you can’t hear any plastic parts squeaking. Like make it into metal or better quality, I understand the lighter weight the better but that just benefits Dyson to spend less money and make more profit too so.

We’ve got pets and it picks up tons and tons of fur and dander. I mostly use it one room at a time, on carpets and walls when I’m doing a deep clean and it works great.
