    Where do I start... Its Amazing! I really love this vaccum. I was a little hesitant at first due to the cost but now that I have had the opportunity to use it I cant say I regret it. Definitely recommend it!

    The vacuum does have more power than expected but when running on its high setting for power it doesn't make it thru an entire floor sweeping; I need to alternate between high and low settings to make it last.

      Hello Joe, this is Kelly with Dyson. I'm sorry to hear that you've encountered a short run time with your Dyson V8 Animal. Your vacuum will come with standard and Max power modes. Our cordless models also have a run-time enhancing light touch trigger which ensures battery power is only used when the trigger is pushed. The total run time will be up to 40 minutes. In Max power run time will be up to 7 minutes, and in standard power, you can expect run times of up to 30-40 minutes depending on which tool or attachments you are using. We wouldn't expect that MAX power would be needed very often, as it's typically reserved for more stubborn messes or larger debris. You should find regular power to provide sufficient suction for most of your household vacuuming.

    This was a replacement for an older model. It was on sale since a newer model came out. Having cats I wanted to try the animal version. It works well. I am glad I bought it too.

    This is the best vacuum cleaner ever. I have 2 kids and 2 cats that shed and make a mess everywhere and this vacuum cleans great. It picks up all the pet hair. Works great on wood, carpet, and tile. Definitely worth the money!

    Performs admirably. Works great on hard flooring. The power brush head has a small flap that keeps small particles from being kicked back. Perfect for animal lovers.

    It didn't clean very well. I had to empty the canister too often. I have pets and it was not up to the job in a house. Maybe an apartment.

    Works great. Even the best vac is useless if you don't us it. This vac is actually fun to use. My floors and rugs have never been cleaner. We have a fluffy cat and this handles her hair without any problem.

    This latest version of the Dyson replaced my digital slim and it is so QUIET and more powerful. The rotating brush no longer collects tangled fibers and does a great job picking up dirt/pet hair from rugs and hard surfaces.

    Small, light, powerful, and perfect for our hardwood floors. Dragging out the big Dyson each time was just overkill. Love the wall mounted bracket and design of the extra tools.
