However, vacuums is something they do very well and this one is light, powerful, and super mobile. Had and issue after a year that the battery was acting up, but I had bought the extended guarantee with Best Buy. Smartest move I made cuase they took it back with no problem and I walked out with a new one. Will buy newer model when the time comes.

I have had it for a few years, first in my apartment and then in my house! I will always have a Dyson in the house! It is great for hardwood and carpet. It is the best of both worlds!

Love the vacuum

This was my first purchase with my best buy card a couple years back. It’s still in great shape and has served its purpose. While it might not last a long time on full power mode. I will say the basic power mode is quite but don’t let it fool you because it still cleans up everything it touches. very flexible and skinny for tight spots.

It’s so strong and sucks up everything in its way. Helps me clean more quickly and efficiently, now I actually enjoy it.

Only downside is how small the canister is, but considering how easy it is to empty, it's almost not even an issue. This is honestly one of the greatest purchases I've made in the last 5 years. The amount of pet hair this thing sucks up my other vacs couldnt is absurd.

Older version but still works great

I just needed a reliable vacuum and the suction did not fail. And I must say this did not disappoint. With 2 german shepherds in the house, this has become our go-to vacuum for quick clean of any room we see hair.

The ability to just lift up and take it on the go has been so nice! Don’t even get me started on how well it cleans everything, from cat hair to hard to reach dust!
