Every marketing claim is actual fact as this tool gets everywhere you need it to get to in a handheld form. Best vacuum I’ve ever had and is a critical tool of my residence’s cleanliness. Sure the power consumption when at max setting is mere minutes, but be sure to plan for this when cleaning and it’s not a problem. The accessories included make it a go-to tool for all vacuuming needs. Glad this is my first Dyson product, will not be my last.

I’m constantly vacuuming and it’s so easy to just pull out and use. I was unsure about buying a cordless vacuum but it’s been great. I’m able to vacuum my entire house without it dying. It’s also easy to get into tight areas like under the bed which I really like. I can’t recommend it enough.

Battery is acting up

It's a good vacuum and I love it but feel like it should have lasted longer. Especially given the cost of these vacuums. It's so hard to get products these days that last. Other than that, it's a great tool to have. Unfortunately, I didn't purchase the service plan on because I figured I get a good few years out of it, will contact the company to see if I can get it fixed at a reasonable price.

Easy to dump dirt from container. Only complaint is must hold down on trigger while using to keep it on. There is no way to lock it in on position. So it’s tiring for hand.
